About me and my practice
As a committed and experienced therapist, I offer both short- and long-term therapy services. Some people may need short-term therapy to address a specific issue or help with setting future goals. Long-term therapy may be helpful for those who feel they have a deeper emotional problem that might stem from past experiences or a traumatic experience they have been through.
Utilising a variety of different theories and methods, I work hard to identify the most effective therapy technique for each client's needs.
About Integrative Psychotherapy
Integrative Psychotherapists, strive to help you look at your problems constructively. I offer a range of solutions to help you achieve this. In your therapy sessions, you will become more self-aware as you learn how to identify warning signs of depression and other problems and use the techniques I provide to prevent these signs from progressing.
Experience
An experienced Registered Psychotherapist working with Adults and Adolescents with over 16 years of experience. I use the following approaches in my practice Psychodynamic, Humanistic, CBT, solution-focused therapy and Mindfulness. I am BACP registered and have Professional Liability Insurance. I have experience in working in/with schools, social services, and private practice whilst being able to take referrals from other governing bodies.

Initial Consultation
I provide a 25-minute consultation at £25. In this session we will see if we can work together, it is also, an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have before starting therapy. The consultation will also allow us to set the therapy goals and how we can achieve them. There is no obligation to continue after the consultation.
